R J Entertainers, Our Company engaged in organizing Bollywood Theatre Fashion & Cultural shows, all over the world. The Company has a proven record of organizing such events at National and International stages and boasts of its experience with almost every famous artist. We make all the efforts to preserve, promote, and display our cultural heritage. The company was formed in April 1994 and was registered in 1998. Headed by Ramesh Chand, the company indulges in performing arts such as as Bollywood Dance & managing a variety of worldwide entertainment assignments, including live and pre-recorded events & concerts nationally and internationally and location shoot. I have a thorough knowledge of filmmaking processes from pre-through post-production and delivery. Calm, pro-active and thorough, I relish a challenge. Experienced at seeing a range of programmers through from set up to filming, post production and final delivery. A big team player who can also maintain motivation when working alone there is various artists enrolled with us, some of them have been working with the company for the last twelve years. All over the world Artists can become members and share their experiences with each other.

B.Mus in Vocal ( sixth year parabhakar) from Prayag sangeet samiti, Allahbad.

Prarambhik –part 2 from Pracheen Kala kendera.

Production Coordinator/Events Manager:-

Manage live events & concerts, stage shows nationally & internationally,

Ensure all shoots and filming are adequately planned and organised,

Liaise with Bollywood artists on a day-to-day basis regarding signing contracts, arranging schedules, rehearsals & costumes, properties etc.

Involved in all of the pre and post production activities including editing & dubbing,

Supervise arrangement of the stage, sound, lights, camera, pyros, & props.

Crew and Kit bookings – India and Abroad, budget monitoring, scheduling & post production paperwork delivery,

 

Arranging sound recording and editing studios for post production activities,

Co-ordinate the shoot of AV’s including sound recording and preparing Digital Audio tapes for the concerts,

Co-ordinating all travel arrangements for film shoots & live concerts  abroad including visas, shipping equipment, customs and arranging for permission to film,

Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered too at shoot locations,

Coordinate Artist Visits and Endorsement

Marketing Coordinator/Production Manager:-

Managing production, organising the studio shoot, crewing, negotiating fees, issuing contracts,

Understanding the requirements of the director and other department heads for production activities, including artists liaison, budgeting,

Produce daily reports for the management,

Liaise with various marketing agencies to sign up for advertisements
